What is your greatest achievement?

My three children are my greatest achievement by a mile. I can’t think of anything I would rather be than a mum to my three kids, a wife to my husband, while hosting a wellbeing community alongside great friends.

What advice would you give your 18-year-old self?

Trust your instinct and follow your gut feelings. Be kind to yourself, stay calm, relaxed and grounded and all will be well. Aim to laugh and enjoy yourself, eat healthy food, move and sweat regularly, sleep deeply, love deeply and breathe deeply in order to take care of your mental and physical health. See the world, stay curious and feel inspired. Enjoy the journey and above all, have fun. Look after your nearest and dearest, look after yourself, do what you can to give back and remember what’s for you, won’t go by you.

When are you happiest?

When I am with my family and friends. Walking in the mountains or along a beach makes me feel great – I love being in the hills or by the sea. Shopping in Liberty with an unlimited budget would make me happy too!

When was the last time you laughed out loud?

A few weeks ago, my dad created a family group on his first venture into Whats App and managed to accidentally add a random man called Ian from Canada, which had us crying with laughter as the thread developed.

Favourite book?

My all time favourite book is The Wind In The Willows, which my dad used to read to me as a little girl. I love the story and characters.

What is the one thing people would be surprised to learn about you?

I can play the theme tune of Eastenders with my nose!

What word do you over use?

Song that always gets you dancing?

Jump by The Pointer Sisters – I absolutely love this song, which carried me round the London Marathon a couple of years ago and got me a personal best!

Next adventure?

We have just announced our first Detox Health Beauty Retreat for September in Cascais, a beautiful seaside town just outside Lisbon, Portugal. The plan is for the retreat to be a wonderfully life enhancing and deeply relaxing experience. We have a plant-based chef on hand to create deliciously healthy food, there will be guided walks, daily yoga classes, beautiful massage treatments, surfing and paddle boarding lessons, crafting workshops, Ayurveda, guided meditations and more. We have more exciting projects in the pipeline too.

Finally, staying on or going out?

It used to be going out and now it’s staying in (although I do still absolutely love going out, so can I say both?). I’m making the transition from the feeling of FOMO to JOMO!
