Brought up in North Berwick, Sheena Skinner (pictured far left) is the founder of Detox Health Beauty and has over 20 years’ experience in the field of health and nutrition. She started her career as a podiatrist working in both the NHS and the private sector, giving her an excellent understanding of the human body. With a passion for complementary healthcare, natural beauty and healthy eating, Sheena went on to study nutrition at the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in London. Having only set up Detox Health Beauty a year ago, she already has a huge online following with over 3,000 Instagram followers and over 6,000 followers on Facebook.
Although Sheena recently moved to West Sussex with her family, her heart still very much lies in East Lothian, and she will be joining forces with Archerfield Walled Garden to host a Detox Health Beauty Day on Saturday 12 May.
